Ludhiana, December 4, 2019: The 7th Edition of mega engineering expo “International Exhibition on Machinery & Technology will be held from December 6 to 9, 2019 at GLADA Ground, Opposite Vardhman Mills, Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana.
Announcing this here, Upkar Singh Ahuja, President and Pankaj Sharma, General Secretary, Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) said over 400 exhibitors from India and abroad will put up their stalls on in 2,25,000 Sq Ft. area. More than 10,000 products will be on display. The Expo is expected to attract 40,000 to 50,000 pan India visitors/buyers including members of various Indian and foreign industrial bodies such as ACMA, AMMA, Indo-Italian, Indo-German etc.
Buyer-Seller Meet with members of business delegations will open opportunities for bi-lateral trade especially exports from Punjab which includes Power, Machine & Hand Tools, Pneumatics, Robotics Welding, Used Machinery, Plywood Machinery, Textile Machines, PET & Polythene, Agro Machinery & Implements, Building Construction Machines & Tools and Commercial & Industrial Vehicles Transformers.
On the opening day of the expo, foreign diplomats who will grace the occasion include Gabriel P. Sinimbo, High Commissioner, Namibia High Commission, Major General Chris Sunday Eze (Rtd.), High Commissioner, Nigeria High Commission, Mrs. Josophine Patricia Ntyam Ehya, First Counsellor / Charge d'Affaires, Embassy of Gabon, Serge Thierry Mandoukou, Cultural Counsellor, Embassy of Gabon, Souleymane Boureima, Counsellor Embassy of the Niger, Brian Mwale Saka, First Secretary-Economic & Trade, High Commission of Zambia, Stella Budiriganya, Ambassador, Embassy of Burundi and Margaret Kedisi, Minister Counsellor, Uganda High Commission.
CICU leaders added that their target is to double the export to the countries of these dignitaries within next 5 years. Their visit will boost new opportunities of growth in trade and business with this African countries..
The expo will offer a very lucrative opportunity to encash the presence of international purchasing officers from global business houses and leading Indian manufacturers. The display of Robotics and the latest Green Manufacturing Technology products will be a star attraction of the expo.
Ahuja and Sharma are optimistic that trade in Punjab region especially the growth and development of MSMEs will sure get tremendous boost due to excellent opportunities of on-the-spot business deals to be provided at this event.
