Ferozepur June 25,2016 : Department of Personnel and Training, the national training organization that plans and conducts training for all Central and State administrative officers, allocated the responsibility of conducting a national level ‘Direct Training Skills’ training programme at ATI Kolkatta( West Bengal)to Major Pardeep Kumar, National Resource Person as a ‘Recognised Trainer’ with DoPT.
Major Pardeep Kumar, who has been serving as a widely respected trainer in the Punjab Education department for the past many years performed this responsibility very successfully with utmost dedication and sincerity. After returning from this successful endeavor at one of the most respected Training institution of India,i.e Administrative training institute, Kolkatta , Major Pardeep shared his experience with us.
He informed that this was a five day- Residential programme for national as well as state level training officers. There were 23 officers who participated in this programme. The participants included Two Asstt. Labour Commissioners of West Bengal state services, Two Asstt. Directors from West Bengal Forest services, two West Bengal state civil service officers including Deputy collector Hoogly, three Sub inspectors of West Bengal police training School Kolkatta,Two district Account officers and a Deputy Director Ministry of Defence, New Delhi along with many senior trainersfrom leading training institutes of the nation.
He told that this programme has been designed by Thames Valley University, London and with all humbleness he shared that it has indeed been an honour to conduct this Programme that has worldwide acceptance and recognition.
The entire education community and intellectuals of the district congratulated him for bringing laurels to the state as well as department. He credited this honour to his seniors and colleagues who always motivated him to work hard and set an example.
