The three men seen in the video are Jagpal Singh alias Jogi of village Dahedu, his son Gurvir Singh (19) and an acquaintance.
Speaking to the media on April 16, Jagpal had alleged that the Khanna Sadar SHO had picked them up and thrashed them at the police station and later he removed their clothes and had a video recorded of them standing nude.
He added that the reason for the police action was a land dispute he was having with a Congress leader.
An FIR was also registered against Jagpal under Sections 447, 511, 379, 506 and 34 of IPC on June 13, 2019.
