Ambika Soni requests high command to relieve her from responsibility as state in charge HP and Uttrakhand
Chandigarh, July 21, 2017: senior congress leader Ambika Soni has requested the party president and vice-president to relieve her from the responsibilities as general secretary in charge of Himachal Pradesh and Uttrakhand on health grounds.
Talking to babushahi.com on phone, Ambika Soni refuted the reports circulated in a section of media about her resignation from these posts.
She clarified that there was no point of resigning. She told that she was not keeping well and it was difficult for her to continue as in-charge of three hill states namely Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttrakhand.
