Attorney General for India Mr. K K Venugopal released the law comparative study book authored by Punjab based lawyer Mr. Harpreet Sandhu titled "Ghana -Indian Legal System - A Comparative Study" at his law chamber in New Delhi. The Attorney General for India remarked that, “We do not have the privilege of books being written by Indian jurists on the constitution and courts of developing countries of Africa, Mr. Harpreet Sandhu is the exception and I really acknowledge his hard work for compiling his comparative study comparing the two nations law functioning. The book will be of immense use for the legal fraternity and the judiciary of the two nations”. The Attorney General for India has appreciated the hard work put in by Lawyer Harpreet Sandhu, in completing the assignment which was given to him by the Judicial Services of Ghana for comparing legal system of Ghana and India.
