Young lawyer Ramdeep Partap Singh joins as new Deputy AG Punjab

Chandigarh, 17 November, 2018: Prominent advocate, Ramdeep Partap Singh has been appointed Deputy Advocate General of Punjab. He has been appointed in exercise of the special powers under the act. This is the first appointment made under special power after the act came into force.
It is may be recalled that the act specifies that the Advocate General Punjab can appoint any advocate as oficer who posses special qualification and experience keeping in view the exigencies.
The stories of self made people prove that it doesn’t matter who your parents are, where you’re born, or how much education you acquire; the difference is in your character and willingness to do whatever it takes to be the best and achieve your dreams. This 34 year old young advocate Ramdeep Partap Singh has emerged one of such persons, who are selfmade and who has become successful through his own efforts. Nobody from his family was in legal proffession or political field.
Ramdeep Partap is a younger lawyer to get this post. He belongs to Gurdaspur. He has earned the good will of Chief Minister by representing him in legal battles since 2007.
