LS polls: 32 nominations filed in Punjab on third day
Chandigarh, AprIL 24, 2019: As many as 32 candidates had filed their nomination papers for the 17th Lok Sabha constituencies of Punjab on the third day of nominations on Wednesday.
Stating this here, Punjab Chief Electoral Officer S Karuna Raju said that prominent candidates, who filed their nomination papers in the state on Wednesday, included Congress leaders Mohmad Sadiq for Faridkot seat and Kewal Singh Dhillon for Sangrur Parliamentary constituency.
The CEO said that total 56 candidates has filed their nomination papers for 13 Lok Sabha seats in three days, Dr Raju added.(agency)
