Brinder Singh Dhillon elected Punjab Youth Congress President
Chandigarh, December 7, 2019 : Brinder Singh Dhillon has been elected President of the Punjab Youth Congress in election concluded today.
Jaswinder Jassi emerged runner up in this election.
Talking to media after the election results were out, Brinder Singh Dhillon said that total sixty thousand votes were polled in the election out of which 29 thousand have been polled to candidate who stood first that means he himself. He said that runner up Jaswinder Jassi polled 8 thousand votes whereas 6 thousand votes were polled by second runner up.
Other candidates who were in fray for the post included Parvinder Lapran, Iqbal Singh Grewal both from Ludhiana, Daman Bajwa from Sangrur, Dhanwant Singh Jimmy from Patiala, Jaswinder Jassi from Moga and Vaneshwar Khera of Patiala.
