Ropes in Indian School of Business to impart training

S.A.S. Nagar 27 January ,2020 : The state Education department has started the second round of training of the directly recruited principals here at the Indian School of Business. business school. As many as 51 principals are participating in the five day training workshop.
The Education Secretary , Krishan Kumar , in his inaugural address said that the training would really prove a boon for the principals it would imbibe leadership attributes amongst them. He exhorted the principals to attend the training sessions with utmost curiosity to acquire the administrative and managerial skills to run their respective educational institutes in thoroughly professional way.
Earlier, the first batch of the principals were imparted training in December last year. December. The experts from various fields have been providing valuable tips to the principals so that they could efficiently manage different activities in schools to ensure all round development of the students, informed spokesperson of the Education Department while adding that on the first day a self introduction session was held, various school management principles were explained by the experts to the principals. On the second day , Dr. Arushi Jain delivered an effective lecture on the importance of school management, Mrs. M. Kanchan taught the behaviour elements of school leadership .Besides this , for a healthy communication environment in the schools the communication skills session was also held. Newly appointed principals had expressed gratitude towards education secretary for organising such workshop at the top class business school.
