Fatehgarh Sahib. April 05, 2020: Fatehgarh Sahib Police has booked two persons for violating the curfew imposed in wake of the COVID-19 threat. Raminder Singh Kahlon DSP Fatehgarh Sahib said that police is trying hard to educate the people about the corona threat and requesting them to maintain social distancing and to remain inside their homes, but certain people neither care for themselves nor for others, so the police had to book them for safety.
He said that police has introduced drone’s surveillance to identify the curfew violators as people had been violating curfew restrictions frequently. He said that to curb these sporadic incidents of violation, the district Police have introduced drone’s surveillance now they will be taken to task. He urged the people to follow the instructions of the government and to maintain social distancing by remaining at home to break the COVID chain
