DC lauds Para TT international player Shubham for bringing laurels to Ludhiana
Assures full support for preparation in Paralympics qualification

Ludhiana, March 29, 2024: Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sawhney praised Shubham Wadhwa, a Para Table tennis international player from Sham Nagar, for his outstanding achievements in the game and bringing laurels to the country and Punjab.
Shubham Wadhwa has won three gold medals in mixed doubles, men's doubles and men's singles Class-3 category at the Ultimate Table Tennis (UTT) Para Table Tennis National Championship 2023-24. He has also won medals representing the country in several International Para Table Tennis Championships.
Congratulating Shubham in her office, Deputy Commissioner along with Khanna SSP Amneet Kondal said that Shubham had made the country proud by his memorable performance and extended best wishes to him for preparation in Paralympics 2024 qualification.
Sawhney also offered every possible help to Shubham, and said that the administration has appointed him as a PWD district icon to spread awareness about the right to vote among the PWD voters.
Shubham expressed his gratitude for the honor and thanked the Deputy Commissioner.
