Ludhiana, March 20, 2019: Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Mr Tarun Rattan has appealed to the city residents that in view of the festival of colours, Holi, they should follow the traffic rules strictly so that no untoward incident takes place on city roads.
While giving details about the traffic plan for Holi festival, Mr Tarun Rattan stated that the traffic police would remain on toes tomorrow and they would keep a close eye on all chowks, prominent roads and public places. He urged the youth to follow traffic rules strictly and desist from roaming on streets on bikes, making “pataka” sounds and throwing colours of passerby’s.
The ADCP (Traffic) warned that any person breaking traffic rules would be dealt with strictly. He also appealed the city residents to celebrate Holi safely and with communal harmony.
