Chandigarh, August 11, 2019: Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Sunday greeted the people of Punjab, especially Muslims, on the eve of Eid-ul-Zuha (Bakrid).
In his message, the Chief Minister called upon the people to celebrate the festival in the spirit of brotherhood, charity and empathy for the needy and the underprivileged. It was time, he said, for people to reaffirm their resolve to further strengthen the spirit of peace, communal harmony and amity.
Captain Amarinder Singh called upon the people to celebrate this sacred occasion with full enthusiasm and gaiety.
