Prof. Palwinder Singh joins GNDU as Dean University Academic Affairs

Amritsar, April 1, 2024: Prof. Palwinder Singh, Professor, Department of Chemistry has taken over the charge of Dean, Academic Affairs of Guru Nanak Dev University in the presence of Prof. Karanjeet Singh Kahlon, Registrar of the University. On this occasion Prof. S.S. Behl, Prof. Sukhprit Singh, Dr. Tejwant Singh, Satinder Verma and other officials were also present.
The university has made new appointments as additional responsibilities and these appointments have been made till March 2025.
Meanwhile, other additional responsibilities were also assigned by the University such as Prof. Preet Mohinder Singh Bedi as Dean Student's Welfare; Prof. Atul Khanna as Dean Alumni Association; Prof. Rupam Jagota as Associate Dean, AA & SW of GNDU Regional Campus Jalandhar; Prof. Amardeep Kaur as Associate Dean, AA & SW of GNDU Regional Campus, Gurdaspur; Dr. Tejwant Singh as Director Events & Hospitality (07 April 2024); Dr. Ravinder Kumar as Incharge Events & Hospitality; Prof. Ashwani Luthra as Director, Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre; Prof. Navdeep Singh Sodhi as Director Capacity Enhncement Programme; Prof. Ashwani Luthra as Director Internal Quality Assurance Cell; Dr. Gagandeep Gahlay, Dr. Tejwant Singh (April 07), Dr. Prabhsimran Singh, Dr. Nirmala Devi and Dr. Aditya Sunkaria all as Assistant Directors of IQAC; Prof. Anupam Kaur as Director, Dept of Life Long Learning; Dr. Kamlesh Guleria as Deputy Director, Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre; Prof. Balmeet Singh Gill as Professor Incharge (Publication); Prof. Vasudha Sambyal as Professor Incharge (PR); Prof. Shalini Behl as Professor Incharge (Examinations); Prof. Sandeep Sharma as Professor Incharge (Library); Prof. Preet Mohinder Singh Bedi as Co-ordinator, University Industry Linkage Programme and Nodal Offier, Intellectual Property Rights Cell & MOUs; Prof. Karanjit Singh Kahlon as Professor Incharge (Central Time Table Grading System) and Prof. Sandeep Sharma appointed as Chief Information Security Officer, Indian Computer Emergency Response Team) of the Guru Nanak Dev University.
