Chandigarh, October 10, 2019: Bold Punjab, driven by a global team across Australia, UK, USA, India & Canada, empowers South Asian women through advocacy, leadership and entrepreneurship programs, will be holding its inaugural event in Chandigarh on the International day of the Girl Child on October 11.
Sharing this info ,writer and activist Ms Amy Singh said that It will be screening the documentary Dream Girl - showcasing the stories of ambitious female entrepreneurs that premiered at Obama's White House. The movie has been co-produced by Canadian/Punjabi entrepreneur Komal Minhas.
The movie will be screened on October 11 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Lazy Shack. Entry is free but registration (http://www.boldpunjab.com) is required to attend.
Following the screening there will be a panel discussion with South Asian women on what it means to be bold. This event is being hosted simultaneously across Chandigarh, Sydney (Australia), Brampton (Canada) and San Francisco (USA).
