Cooperation Department comes forward for door-to-door awareness about Covid-19
Ferozepur, July 20, 2020: Under the Mission Fateh, the Cooperative Department has come forward to create door-to-door, awareness among the people about the precautionary measures to be taken, to fight against Coronavirus.
Alerting the people about the impact of coronavirus pandemic will be a continuous programme in view of an increase in the number of positive cases daily basis.
Under the flagship programme of Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh, the cooperation department through its network in the district has started door-to-door awareness among the people under Mission Fateh.
Varinder Kumar Chhabra, Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies, Ferozepur said, the various teams and societies under cooperation department are putting wiser the people in the rural areas for the precautionary measures to be adopted like washing hands frequently at least for 20 seconds, wearing a mask and social distancing, to avoid further spreading of coronavirus. He said, the people should avoid going out of home and in the event of any emergency, a social distance of 6 ft must be maintained besides on coming back home, changing the clothes before joining the other family members besides avoiding to go to the crowded places and marriage or any other parties.
He said, we can make the Mission Fateh a success if we follow the instructions issued by the health department from time to time regarding Coronavirus and create awareness among the people around you.
