Chandigarh, Feb 17, 2017: Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has given another major relief to the allottees of industrial plots in its estates with regard to approval of building plans of industrial plots.
This was stated by the Managing Director, HSIIDC, Sudhir Rajpal today.He said that henceforth none of the allottees of industrial plots in the estates of the HSIIDC would be required to seek any approval from the office of DTP or STP of the HSIIDC before starting construction of their building. Building plans must be got prepared by the allottees of industrial plots from any empanelled architect with HSIIDC before starting any construction activity on the plot.
He said that the building plans must be as per the Haryana Building Code-2017, as amended from time to time, and the approved zoning plan of the plot. A copy of the building plans duly certified by the empanelled architect must be filed by the allottee in the concerned field office of HSIIDC before start of construction activity. No separate approval is thereafter, required to be issued by the HSIIDC.
This is another attempt of the State Government to improve its client interface and to provide more comfort to the allottees of HSIIDC. Therefore, to further explain this new amendment, HSIIDC will organize a workshop of empanelled architects of HSIIDC and the allottees of HSIIDC onFebruary 22,2017 at 12 noon at HSIIDC, Head office in Panchkula, near here, he added.
