Session Judge Tejwinder Singh
Chandigarh March 24: District and Sessions Judge Pathankot Sh Tejwinder Singh will be awarded with Ph.D degree on Saturday during Panjab University convocation on completing his research work in laws on 'Legislative measures to control terrorism in India' with special reference to Punjab.
It is mentioned here that Tejwinder Singh had joined judicial services at the age of 23 and was the youngest Punjab magistrate. He did his graduation from Government College for Boys Chandigarh and LL.B from Panjab University Chandigarh. He was placed in the merit of the university in both these examinations and adjudged as best student of the college. He was editor of the college magazine and awarded with college colour also.
