English translation of Punjabi book "l Was Judge's Orderly” by Ninder Ghugyanvi released

New Delhi, March 1, 2023: On the second day of the World Book Fair organized by the Government of India's National Book Trust of India at Pragati Maidan in Delhi, English version of the renowned Punjabi writer Ninder Ghugyanvi's famous punjabi book "l Was Judge's Orderly” was released.
Ninder is serving as the Writer-in-Residence at the Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University at Wardha, Maharashtra.
Talwant Singh, Senior Justice of Delhi High Court attended the event as the chief guest and former Justice PS Teji Chairman of Police Grievance Redressal Authority Delhi and Justice AK Tyagi Chairman Green Tribunal Delhi attended as special guests.
Colonel Yuvraj Malik, director of National Book Trust of India, while delivering the welcome speech, highlighted the literary and artistic importance of this litrary masterpiece and said that a former orderly won the hearts of the people by presenting his deep experience in this book, and that is why this book is the 12th book of India translated into many languages.
The ceremony of releasing the book was jointly performed by the honorable judges. Ninder Ghugyanvi, the original author of the book, shared unforgettable memories of his court world at the time of creating this book.
Ghugianvi also performed a song with Tumbi(a string instruments)remembering his mentor folk singer Yamla Jatt.
Eminent scholar Dr. Sachida Nand Mishar congratulated Prof. PS Ramanna, the English translator of the book and called this book a book for general readers.
The guest judges appreciated this literary work of Ninder Ghugyanvi through their speech and hoped for more works on the court world from the author. Dr Kulbir Gojran moderated the stage. Many eminent personalities including Dr. Ravi Ravinder, researcher and head of Punjabi Department of Delhi University were present.
