Opposition asks Bhagwant Mann to clarify as BMW denies to set up plant in Punjab

Chandigarh, September 14, 2022: Opposition leaders targeted Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann as BMW denied setting up any plant in Punjab.
Leaders including Congress leader Sukhpal Singh Khaira, Partap Singh Bajwa, Pargat Singh, Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema asked Mann to issue clarification who is presently in Germany.
"Since@BMW has clarified that it has no plans to set up manufacturing plant in Punjab as it already has a plant in Chennai,a warehouse in Pune & training center in Gurgaon,i urge@BhagwantMann to clarify who’s correct as he had claimed investments by BMW only yesterday?," tweeted Sukhpal Singh Khaira.
."@BhagwantMann's yesterdays announcement that BMW is setting up a plant in Punjab has been refuted by BMW.He owes an explanation to the Punjab after this embarrassing revelation.Was it some miscommunication,habitual AAP lies or insatiable urge for publicity which was behind it ?," tweeted Pargat Singh.
"National Shame! CM@BhagwantMann claimed BMW planning to set up unit in Punjab but the company has refuted the statement today in an official press release. How much more lies would Kejriwal-Mann duo churn to get cheap publicity? This is embarrassing for every Indian!!," posted Manjinder Singh Sirsa.
"BMW has denied setting up of any plant in Punjab as claimed by Chief Minister@BhagwantMann Can the CM clarify his position on this or was he lying to the whole state?," tweeted Partap Singh Bajwa.
