Chandigarh College of Pharmacy, Landran organizes Short Term Training Program
Chandigarh, March 2, 2021: Chandigarh College of Pharmacy, Landran organized a one-week AICTE sponsored Short Term Training Program (STTP) from 1st March 2021 onwards on “Basic Fundamentals and Hands-on Training on Sophisticated Instruments”. The workshop will be covering Principles, the application of diverse sophisticated instruments in the domain of Analytical chemistry, Nano Formulation, and characterization of drug substances.
Over 160 faculties from national and international pharmacy institutes registered and attended the workshop. The workshop started with a lamp lighting ceremony along with best wishes from Satnam Singh Sandhu Chairman CGC, and Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal President CGC.
In the first plenary session, Prof. Saranjit Singh emphasized “HPLC: Importance and applications in Pharmaceutical dosage form”.
He discussed the applications of HPLC in the synthesis and identification of metabolites of the pharmaceutical dosage form. Prof Singh is a well-known scientist in the field of Pharmaceutical Analysis from NIPER, Mohali. He highlighted the methods to publish the research work in highly reputed international journals.
