Independence Day celebrated at Lamrin Tech Skills University

Chandigarh, August 16, 2023: The 77th Independence Day of the country was celebrated with great pomp and show at Lamrin Tech Skills University, Punjab.
On this occasion, Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura, Chancellor, Lamarin Tech Skills University performed the tricolor hoisting ceremony. The university security team saluted the national flag and on this occasion the national anthem was sung by the group.
The students performed patriotic songs, poems, speeches and bhangra-giddha in the colorful program. Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura, Chancellor, LTSU wished everyone on Independence Day and said that we should remember the freedom fighters, who sacrificed their lives to give us freedom. We are indebted to them and their families.
Independence Day is a national festival, it should be celebrated with full enthusiasm and the youth of the country should be made aware that our patriots, freedom fighters have fought a long battle for the freedom of the country. He further said that the youth in India
The population is the highest in the whole world which is a boon for us. Skill education can make India a super power and fill the skill shortage in the world.
Lamrin Tech Skills University is the first of its kind in India to be established in Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, Punjab, the land of martyrs by industrial companies including IBM, ANSYS, Tata Technologies and RERT.
The aim is to make India the skill capital of the world by making the youth skilled. On this occasion, Vice-Chancellor Dr. AS Chawla, Prof. Bhagwant Singh Satyal, Registrar also expressed his thoughts and congratulated on the Independence Day.
All the staff, students and officials of the university were present on this occasion.
