California Miramar University and CGC Jhanjeri sign strategic academic partnership

Mohali, May 21, 2024: Chandigarh Group of Colleges Jhanjeri & California Miramar University signed an Articulation Agreement for enhancing academic cooperation and facilitating student mobility.
This partnership was endorsed by esteemed representatives from both institutions, Dr. Chitpasong Vazquez, President of CMU, and Ms. Carol Kulis, International Manager, and Jhanjeri Campus Managing Director, Arsh Dhaliwal.
Managing Director, CGC Jhanjeri Arsh Dhaliwal informed at the moment that students will embark on an enriching academic journey, which will begin at CGCJ in India and will culminate at CMU in the United States.
This pathway will enable students to transfer credits seamlessly, ensuring a smooth transition into CMU’s undergraduate and graduate programs. This initiative is designed to offer students a diverse array of opportunities in business management, computer science, and artificial intelligence.
According to him expanding student’s horizons and providing them with a platform for international success aligns perfectly with the goals of this collaboration.Later, the significance of this partnership for providing students with a global perspective and a diverse learning experience was highlighted.
The agreement’s structure includes 2+2 Credit Transfer Program where Students spend two years at CGCJ followed by two years at CMU and 1+1 Credit Transfer Program in which Students complete one year at CGCJ and one year at CMU.
In the Faculty Exchange Program academic interchange and collaborative research between the institutions is also Promoted.
