DLSA observes Int’l Day of Persons with Disabilities
Ferozepur, December 3, 2025: The International Day of Persons with Disabilities was celebrated today by the DLSA Ferozepur, Under the guidance of Sumit Malhotra, Executive Chairman of Punjab State Legal Services Authority, SAS Nagar (Mohali), and District & Sessions Judge–cum–Chairman, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Ferozepur.
Chief Judicial Magistrate–cum–Secretary of DLSA Ferozepur, Anuradha, organized a special program at Muskan Special School, Ferozepur Cantt. During the event, special children showcased various activities including sports competitions, bhangra, giddha, and other cultural performances.
Superintendent of Cantonment Manjit Singh and School Incharge Madam Parul were also present on the occasion. The Judge appreciated the efforts and performances of the special children.
To mark the day, an awareness programme was also held at the ADR Centre for panel advocates and para-legal volunteers. In addition children from Bhagat Puran Singh School for the Deaf and Mute, Katora, also observed the day by participating in various activities.
