Hardeep Puri snubs Sirsa for his statement on NDA alliance's CM face for Punjab (Watch Video)

Chandigarh, February 4, 2022:
Union Minister Hardeep Puri strongly reacting on the statement of Manjinder Singh Sirsa about Captain Amarinder Singh on the question of BJP and it allies' CM face for Punjab and snubbed Sirsa saying he had no right to pronounce such decision.
Answering questions of media persons here today , Mr Puri said a decision on Punjab CM will be taken by the parliamentary board of the BJP.
Addressing a joint press conference of BJP and its allies , Puri said,
"I have been authorized by my senior college Gajendra Shekhawat who is responsible for Punjab's affairs if asked this question to categorically say that the gentleman (Sirsa) whatever he is, whoever he is may be speaking in his persoanl capacity. This is out of the question. I hope there is no ambiguity. BJP is a highly disciplined party. The decision on the CM face will be taken by the Parliamentary board of the party and after discussion with the alliance party. Sirsa spoke on his personal capacity," he said
Addressing media at BJP Punjab office, Sirsa said this while answering questions of the media persons. When he was asked Captain Amarinder Singh still lives in his farmhouse and is not accessible to people, Sirsa said, “He (referring to Capt Amarinder) will remain in his farmhouse even after the elections as he will not be the ‘Pilot’ of the party. The Pilot of our party will be someone else.”
