J.C. Bose University to start Master's degree course in Social Work from new academic session

Chandigarh, May 23, 2024 - J.C. Bose University of Science & Technology, YMCA, Faridabad, is starting Master of Social Work (MSW) degree course, commencing from the academic session 2024-25. This follows the successful implementation of the Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) course.
Sharing this information here today, a University spokesperson informed that due to the growing interest of students in the BSW course, the decision to introduce the MSW course has been made. This will enable students to delve deeper into the field and acquire specialized expertise.
The eligibility criteria for the MSW course mandates a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university, with a minimum of 45% marks. Admission will be based on the preference of marks obtained in Graduation.
