Bathinda, 30 March – In a significant administrative development, PCS officer Lovejeet Kaur Kalsi has officially assumed her duties as the Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation Bathinda today. A 2012 batch officer of the Punjab Civil Services (PCS), Kalsi brings with her a wealth of experience and a reputation for being a seasoned and action-oriented officer.
Prior to this appointment, Kalsi held the position of Additional State Transport Commissioner (Admin), where she played a pivotal role in streamlining administrative processes and ensuring efficient service delivery. Her career trajectory is marked by a series of impactful roles, including her tenure as Secretary of the Regional Transport Authority in Ludhiana.
She has also served as Additional Deputy Commissioner (Urban Development) ACA Bathinda Development Authority and Additional Deputy Commissioner (Rural) in Bathinda, showcasing her versatility and ability to handle diverse administrative responsibilities.
Known for her dedication and proactive approach, Lovejeet Kaur Kalsi is expected to bring fresh energy and innovative strategies to her new role as Commissioner.
