Treasury Officer to hold Pensioner Service Camps; urges pensioners to complete e-KYC
Ferozepur, December 3, 2025: In line with the instructions issued by the Punjab Finance Department, the District Treasury Office, Ferozepur, will organize “Pensioner Service Camps” for the convenience of pensioners. The camps will be held on December 4, 5 and 6 at the District Treasury Offices in Ferozepur and Fazilka, and at Sub-Treasury Offices in Zira, Guru Har Sahai, Jalalabad and Abohar.
District Treasury Officer Ferozepur, Tajinder Singh, informed that during these camps, all pensioners will be guided to complete their e-KYC process. Those whose e-KYC is pending will have it completed on the spot.
He said that a dedicated Pensioner Service Portal has been launched for the benefit of all pensioners and family pensioners. Through this portal, services such as pension-related applications, e-PPO, pension data, grievance redressal and more will be available on a single platform. The e-KYC process is essential for issuing Digital Life Certificates (Jeevan Pramaan Patra) to all pensioners in Punjab, and awareness regarding the same will also be provided.
The District Treasury Officer appealed to all pensioners in the district to attend the nearest “Pensioner Service Camp” and complete their e-KYC process to avail the benefits of these services.
