Mansa May 11, 2020: "Martyrs never die, they always lives in our hearts". These words were said by Dr. Narinder Bhargav, Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa while paying tribute to great martyr of Handwana encounter NK Rajesh Kumar at the time of his Bhog ceremony in Village Rajrana (Sub-division Sardulgarh of Mansa district).
SSP Mansa while paying homage said that the martyrs sacrifice their lives so that we can be able to live in peace. NK Rajesh Kumar is also one of those brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives while fighting against enemies to protect their motherland. SSP, Mansa today specially reached at the time of Bhog ceremony of NK Rajesh Kumar (son of Shri Ram Singh and Smt. Vidasi Devi) of Village Rajrana (District Mansa), who sacrificed his life while serving in Brigade of Guards Regiment, part of the 21 Rashtriya Rifles on 2nd May, 2020. The sacrifice of this brave son of our country gave a golden name to his parents, his village, his district and his state. SSP Mansa ensouling the family of members of the martyr appealed them to take courage and said that though martyrdom of NK Rajesh Kumar is irreparable loss not only for his family but for the whole country but they should feel pride of his sacrifice because his martyrdom is very precious and the nation always pays homage to such martyrs by writing their names in the golden pages of history.
SSP Mansa Dr. Bhargav told that Hon'ble Director General Police Shri Dinkar Gupta, IPS had specially deputed him to pay homage to the incomparable sacrifice of this brave son of the Country and to assure the family of the martyr that the Punjab Police will treat the family of this great martyr as family of Punjab Police and is always ready to render any type of possible help to this family at any time.
