Chandigarh, May 12, 2020: Riding on its largest true 4G network in Haryana, Reliance Jio added a whopping 95,877 customers in January 2020, the highest in the state, as per the latest subscriber data report released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
With this massive addition in subscribers, Jio continues to remain the undisputed market leader in Haryana. With a total of 92.99 lakh subscribers as of January 31, 2020, Jio has the highest Customer Market Share (CMS) of 33.31% in the state.
A key factor contributing to Reliance Jio’s rapid growth in Haryana is its robust and largest true 4G network, making it the most preferred brand for smartphone users. Another significant reason for Jio’s market leadership in Haryana is its overwhelming acceptance amongst youth. JioPhone, “India Ka Smartphone,” has also contributed immensely in the growth of Jio in Haryana.
Airtel and BSNL added 13,610 and 84,921 subscribers respectively, while, Vodafone Idea Limited lost 72,856 subscribers in the same month.
