Anti-Corona Task Force honours cyclist known as Tripple-S, for completing 40,000 km
Ferozepur, August 15, 2020: Anti-Corona Task Force honoured Sohan Singh Sodhi, 57 years, popularly known as “Triple S” on completion of his 40,000 km cycling.
Ashok Behal,, President Anti-Corona Task Force congratulating Sohan Singh Sodhi said, during the corona crisis, Sodhi had a great contribution in educating the people about the pluses and minuses of good and bad health and for living polluting free life by linking it with the cycling.
During this journey, Sohan Singh had also participated in 200, 300, 400 and 600 km Brevet event besides Cycle Rallies, Cyclothon and honoured on various occasion by the Padders Club, District Administration and organizers of Brevet, for his achievements.
Sodhi, attributed that success is only possible due to his family and fellow cyclists.
He revealed that the alphabet ‘S’ has special significance in his life. Before entering into the paddling world, he met Sunir, Salil and started bravet with Specialized make cycle followed by co-rider S.Z.Khan, Senior Divisional Commandant RPF, Sanjeev and Saranpreeti accompanied in 400 and 600 KMs rides. He also disclosed that his elder brother DPS Sodhi used to call him ‘Triple S’
