COVID-19: Ferozepur reports only one +ve case, 95 percent recovery rate
Ferozepur, November 6, 2020: Only one Corona positive case has been reported today in Ferozepur district with 95 percent recovery rate.
As per the latest reports, 53,217 samples were taken for testing of coronavirus infection, out of which 48,804 were reported negative, 4,243 positive, 4,039 recovered, 77 active cases and results of 170 patients are still awaited. However, the total deaths due to corona positive cases had been 127.
Expressing satisfaction over the present status, DC Ferozepur Gurpal Singh Chahal appealed to the citizens to maintain this status by following the basic precautionary measures – wearing masks, washing hands from time to time and maintaining social distance, as per the Covid-19 medical protocols, for the safety of each other.
