Kejriwal is asking the nation to observe fast tomorrow. Know why
Chandigarh, December: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief and Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday urged the nation to observe fast tomorrow, i.e on Monday.
In the video message posted on his official Twitter handle, Kejriwal has urged all the party workers, supporters, and the public, in general, to observe fast in support of farmers who have been protesting against farm bills.
“I will also be observing fast tomorrow and I also urge people of the nation to observe fast in solidarity with the farmers,” he added.
The AAP leader also spoke on the anti-national controversy over farmers' protests. He said that supporting and participating in farmers’ support won't make you anti-national.
Kejriwal further asked the PM Narendra Modi government to repeal farm bills that has been strongly opposed by the nations' farmers and people from various sections of society.
