Centre Government invites farmers for next round of talks
New Delhi, December 21, 2020 : The Union government has asked the agitating farmers to chose a convenient date for next round of talks with the government. This talk will be held at Vigyan Bhawan in the national capital.
In a letter written to farmer leader Dr. Darshanpal, Joint Secretary Vivek Aggarwal listed all previous rounds of talks and issues discussed in them. He also asked Dr. Darshanpal to specify whether his reply sent on December 16 through email was his own reply or was opinion of all farmer groups.

Aggarwal also said that reply sent by the farmers was too short and no reason was given in detail for rejecting government offer. He asked the farmers to sent their reply in detail and also chose a date convenient to them for next round of talks with the government. He asserted that the government is talking with the farmers with open heart and it open to discuss every issue raised by the farmers.
