63-year-old farmer pedals 400 km from Bholath to Delhi to join the protest

Tikri Border (Delhi), January 7, 2021:
A 63-year-old man pedalled around 400 kilometres to join the massive protest of the farmers in Delhi. The farmer begun his journey on his cycle on December 29 from his hometown, Bholath and reached Delhi on January 1. Today, the leaders of the farmers honoured him at the stage set-up near the Tikri border.
When asked about his name, the man said his name is 'Waheguru'. He said he paid obeisance at the Sis Ganj Sahib, Rakabganj and Bangla Sahib Gurudwaras after reaching Delhi. After that he went to the Ghazipur border to support the farmers of Uttar Pradesh. "I came here to meet the true souls of my country, who are protesting in this chilly weather. The God has bring me here. We gathered here just for our rights. These laws are just a peice of paper and hopefully we would succeed in repealing these soon," said the farmer.
