Civil Hospital, dispensaries in Ferozepur to get face-lift with Rs.4.63 cr grant by HSC and NITI Udyog
Ferozepur, January 20, 2021: With the release of the grant of Rs.4.63 cr by Punjab Health System Corporation and NITI Udyog, the Civil Hospital and four dispensaries in the district would get face-lift with the availability of modern health facilities, said Parminder Singh Pinki, MLA Feroeour.
With an amount of Rs.4.63 crores released by the Health System Corporation and Policy Commission of India Government at Civil Hospital Ferozepur where modern health facilities along with modern health facilities will be renovated at Civil Hospital Ferozepur. Including 4 dispensaries will be transformed. Disclosing this here today Mr. Parminder Singh Pinki MLA said that
Out of the total grant, an amount of Rs.2.63 has since been released and tenders have also been floated and within a period one year, the civil hospital and dispensaries at Gatti Raho Ke, Bare Ke and Mahalam would be completely transformed.
The remaining amount would be released separately for construction of new building and purchase of infrastructure to provide modern health facilities to the people of the area at cheaper rates and at their door-steps, said Pinki adding that the people will not have to rush from villages to the city now. He also said, the Anganwadi Centres would also be renovated by providing the modern facilities.
Pinki said the posts of specialist doctors in the hospital will also be filled up shortly to make available all kinds of health facilities to the patients under one roof.
