During the coronavirus pandemic, the organization has been very proactive in helping people in terms of food,legal assistance,health,awareness etc
Rana told,as the coronavirus cases began to soar in India, IHRO Providing bottles of hand sanitisers,distributed masks and organize COVID vaccination camps to society.Furthermore MOU with educational institutions have done so far to support the economical weak students so that nobody deprevied from the education because of financial crisis.IHRO has no government support till now but they are in touch with them for a support in way of project.Emotional intelligence is the critical success factor for a strong organizational culture,” Rana sums up.
