DC Ferozepur condoles sad demise of TV Journalist Rattan Lal due to Covid-19
Ferozepur, May 11, 2021: Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur Gurpal Singh Chahal, on Tuesday, expressed deep sorrow over the death of TV Journalist (Cameraman) Living India News Channel, Rattan Lal.
Rattan Lal, was 49-years-old and had been battling with Covid-19 infection for the past few days. First, he was admitted in Civil Hospital, Ferozepur and later on, shifted to Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital Faridkot and put on oxygen support by the doctors but his conditions deteriorated this morning and he later lost his battle with the virus. He is survived by his wife and two sons.
In his condolence message, the Deputy Commissioner described Rattan Lal as a man of good qualities. Sharing his heartfelt sympathies with the members of bereaved family, friends and relatives, the DC prayed to the Almighty to give courage to bear this huge loss in this hour of grief and grant eternal peace to the departed soul.
Mandeep Kumar Monty, President Press Club Ferozepur and members said, the loss of Rattan Lal is irreparable for one and all. Several media persons also expressed their condolences and offered prayers for Rattan Lal’s family.
