In the video clip, Sidhu said,” Digging for facts is a much better exercise than jumping to conclusions. From the fact digging, the most important thing that has come out is that Prakash Singh Badal spoke to former DGP Sumedh Singh Saini at 2 pm on October 14, 2015. What happened between 2 pm to 6 pm, is one aspect. The second aspect is you must have heard that in many dharnas, there are red alert or police alert but there in this case one doctor was alerted. At 3.03, SMO Gazi Ujjair called doctor Kulvinder Pal Singh and asked him to rush to Kotkapura hospital for any eventuality.”
In the clip, he also reads out the statement given by Dr. Kulvinder Pal Singh to the Ranjit Singh Commission where he is reportedly asked by his senior to rush to hospitals in case of eventuality in context to dharna at Kotkapura Chowk. Citing commission findings, Sidhu also spoke about the involvement of DGP Saini, former MLA Mantar Brar, and administration.
