Using fraudulent documents to expedite Visa process may result in No Entry, warns Canada Embassy in India
Tarn Taran, June 11, 2021: The High Commission of Canada in India has warned the Visa applicants that the use of fake documents to expedite the Visa process may result in the denial of entry in Canada.
Responding to the frequently asked questions on Twitter, the High Commission of Canada in India said “Using fraudulent documents to try to expedite the process may result in your application being refused and you being denied entry into Canada.”
As various national and international restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic are hindering plan many abroad aspirants especially students, of moving abroad, they have been submitting their grievances on the social media handles.
The Canadian Embassy further advised study or working abroad aspirants to continue to abide by all the restrictions put in place in their respective areas due to COVID-19.
The High Commission of Canada in India said that if the Visa applicants are facing any difficulties in providing required documents or biometrics due to local health restrictions or they are facing delays in getting appointments due to local health restrictions, they should continue to abide by the restrictions put in place.
“If you have an application pending and are experiencing difficulties in providing the required documents or biometrics due to local health restrictions or delays in getting an appointment, we recommend that you continue to abide by all restrictions,” suggested Canada High Commission in India.
While Canada Embassy suggested aspirants to follow COVID-19 rules, many expressed frustration due to the shut of down of VFS Centers in India.
“Writing on behalf of thousands of Canadian study aspirants in India’s. There are no countrywide lockdown/health restrictions imposed in India and many states have withdrawn l restrictions as Covid cases decrease. Hence, we all request you to kindly open VFS in those cities at least,” wrote a social media user on the Twitter post of the Canada Embassy in India."
Some of the social media users said that many various who had planned to study abroad are depressed and greatly worried about their future goals. Other also demanded the Canada Embassy to announce the date of reopening of VFS Centers in India.
