Under NSQF, kits distributed among students to improve skills and aptitude
Ferozepur, June 13, 2021: Under National Skill Qualification Farmework (NSQF), the different kits were distributed among the students in the district, with a motive to develop skills and aptitude to become self-dependent, said District Education Officer, Kulwinder Kaur when Komal Arora, Dy.DEO was also present.
The National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) organizes qualifications according to a series of levels of knowledge, skills and aptitude. It is a nationally integrated education and competency based skill framework that will provide for multiple pathways. This will also enable a person to acquire desired competency levels, transit to the job market and, at an opportune time, return for acquiring additional skills to further upgrade their competencies.
Vocational Coordinator, Lakhwinder Singh said, these kits were distributed in schools at Zira, Ferozepur, Arif Ke, Mudki, Guruharsahai and Lakho Ke Behram.
He said the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) organizes qualifications according to a series of levels of knowledge, skills and aptitude. These levels are defined in terms of learning outcomes which the learner must possess regardless of whether they were acquired through formal, non-formal or informal learning.
