Ferozepur, November 25, 2021: Saursh Sharma ‘Rimmi’ conferred with Dada Saheb Phalke award in category Best Astrologer Film Industry, has urged the government to revive the traditional science of astrology, palmistry and numerology and promote these not only at local and national levels but also at international forums as well. It is time for the world to recognize how these traditional Indian sciences were ahead of their times and what impact it could have on the world itself.
It is matter of great pride for Ferozepur and Punjab, as a young boy from this border town has earned a great name in the field of Astrology in Mumbai, where he is practicing Astrology and Vaastu consultation under the banner ‘Omega Astro’ and majority of film and TV stars are his clients.
Keeping in view of his services being rendered to the film and TV industry, Saurish Sharma ‘Rimmi’ has been conferred with prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke award in the category Best Astrologer Film Industry in a grand function organized in Mumbai on Wednesday night.
This was the 3rd edition of the Dadasaheb Phalke Icon Award Films, which was attended by Union Minister of Steel MoS Faggan Singh Kulaste, who briefly handed over the award to the winners. The event was attended by various luminaries from the film and television industry who were awarded for their outstanding performances. Saurish is the youngest person to win the award in a solo category and is the only astrologer to win this award in the category of 'Celebrity Astrologer'. At the event, Saurish had the opportunity to interact with all these celebrities.
Saurish ‘Rimmi’, son of senior journalist Dinesh Sharma, had his schooling from DCM school before doing post-graduation in Astrology.
