Around 60-70 members of the Association today met Aruna Chaudhary, Revenue Minister Punjab and FCR Punjab to know the reason of indifferent attitude and status of action taken against delinquent officers DSP vigilance Niranjan Singh and I.O. Inspector Chamkor Singh but all were stunned to know that still they were inquiring what is Association Demand.
He said that three above mentioned officers committed an illegal act and grave service misconduct by detaining public servant Sandeep Kumar and Manjeet Singh for nine days in illegal confinement, without inquiry or due procedure and san prior sanction of investigation from the competent authority, applied handcuffs in both hands and fetters in feet of Sandeep Kumar on hospital against law and mandate of Courts but are scot free.
Despite consistent demand from all Revenue Officers and other Associations neither any action has been taken place against the delinquent and notorious DSP vigilance Niranjan Singh and I.O. inspector Chamkor Singh and sub-Insp Ajay pal nor FIR is quashed so far.
