Punjab cop unfurls Tiranga on top of world's tallest free-standing mountain

Chandigarh, August 15, 2022:
Gurjot Singh Kaler, Superintendent of Police (SP) in Punjab celebrated Independence Day in a very unique and adventurous style.
Kaler unfurled the tricolor on the top of the world's tallest free-standing mountain and the highest mountain of the African Continent in Tanzania - Mount Kilimanjaro at the height of 5,895 meters.
On this occasion, he said, “Commemorating 75 years of Indian Independence. Dedicated to the spirit of combating climate change and global warming. Mission to inspire the youth to fight against drugs and promotion of sports culture.”
