Green, Eco-friendly polling stations to be set up in Ferozepur
Ferozepur, May 18, 2024: Keeping in view the Lok Sabha elections 2024, 15 polling stations will be made green/eco-friendly polling stations in Lok Sabha Constituency 10-Firozepur where free fruit and flower plants will distributed to encourage voters to cast their votes, said Rajesh Dhiman, RO-cum-DC.
Dhiman said, the polling stations No. 145, 146, 147 of Vidhan Sabha Constituency-76 Ferozepur Urban, Government Senior Secondary School Girls Ferozepur City, Polling Stations No. 184, 185 of Assembly Constituency-77 Ferozepur Rural, Government Elementary School Ferozshah, Assembly Constituency-78 Guruharshay., Polling Stations No. 45 Government Primary School Chak Moban Hardo Dhandi (Lalchia) and Polling Station No. 162 Elem. Government School, Basti Jandu Wala, and the Green/Eco-Friendly Polling Stations will be set up.
Similarly polling stations No. 31,32 Shivalik Senior Secondary School Jalalabad of Assembly Constituency Jalalabad-79, Polling Stations No. 116 Office Municipal Council (North Wing) of Assembly Constituency Fazilka-80, Polling of Assembly Constituency Abohar-81 Stations No. 76,77 Government Primary School Suraj Naga, Assembly Constituency Balluana-82 Polling Stations No. 133 at Government Senior Secondary School Dharmapura, polling stations No. 135 Sacred Heart Convent School of Assembly Constituency Malout-85, Ward No. 12 GT Road Malout and Assembly Constituency Sri Muktsar Sahib-86 Polling Stations No: 185 Office Market Committee New Green Market Muktsar East (East) Wing will be converted into Green/Eco-Friendly Polling Stations.
