Haryana: Residents turn up in large numbers in Samadhan Shivirs

Chandigarh, November 04, 2024 - The increased expectation and participation of people in Samadhan Shivirs being organized in the state from October 22 are also visible in figures.
From the last month till now, thousands of people have reached the Samadhan Shivirs.
Out of this, 3458 problems have been resolved on the spot. The officials of the concerned departments are committed to provide solutions to the remaining problems within the stipulated time.
On the instructions of Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, these Samadhan Shivirs are being organized in all districts from October 22 to resolve the problems of the public.
As per the order of the Chief Minister, the officials in the local bodies and BDPO offices are resolving public problems in these camps from 9 am to 11 am.Till Monday, 5430 people reached the Samadhan Shivirs with their problems across 22 districts of the state.
Out of these, 3458 problems were resolved on the spot. The complainants are being informed about the status of the remaining problems as well and these will be resolved soon.
It is noteworthy that Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini had held a meeting with officials last month and directed to organize Samadhan Shivirs so that citizens do not have to run around offices for the solution of any kind of problem.
The complaints coming in these camps are also being monitored by the Chief Secretary's Office. In the review meeting, the Chief Minister had instructed the officials to prepare a development action plan as per the needs of people and resolve them immediately.
