Jio tops overall average download speed in Rewari: TRAI Drive Test Report
Also outperforms competitors in key voice quality of service parameters

Chandigarh, September 17, 2025: Reliance Jio has given a good performance in the latest Independent Drive Test (IDT) conducted by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) in Rewari. The tests are part of TRAI’s periodic Quality of Service (QoS) audits.
Jio has topped the overall average download speed in Rewari. It delivered the highest average download speed of 193.69 Mbps in Rewari, while its nearest competitor had an average download speed of 112.44 Mbps. At critical hotspots too, Jio has topped both the 5G and 4G download speed charts with download speeds of 353.11 Mbps and 69.88 Mbps respectively.
Jio has also outperformed its competitors in key voice quality of service parameters including Call Setup Success Rate (CSSR), Call Setup Time and Mute Call (MC) rate. Jio stood out with the fastest Call Setup Time of 0.73 seconds, its Call Setup Success Rate was recorded at 100 % and its mute call rate was the lowest at 0.77%.
The drive test in Rewari was carried out from July 31, 2025 to August 2, 2025, covering a total distance of 251.8 km, comprising a drive test 250.7 km, and a walk test of 1.1 km. An audit of 8 hotspot locations was also done. The drive test was conducted in Rewari and several nearby places.
