The 45-minute digital spectacle vividly portrayed Guru Sahib’s teachings of peace, tolerance, and universal brotherhood, blending striking light effects, immersive soundscapes, and powerful visuals. The moving depiction of the Guru’s supreme sacrifice — alongside the martyrdom of Bhai Mati Das Ji, Bhai Sati Das Ji, and Bhai Dayala Ji — left the audience deeply emotional and inspired.
Renowned Dhadi Jatha Didar Singh Sangatpura from Phagwara captivated the crowd with soul-stirring vaars recounting the Guru’s historic martyrdom.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Kaur said the state government is organising similar Light and Sound shows across Punjab to commemorate the 350th martyrdom year of Hind Di Chadar, Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji. “The unique and selfless sacrifice made by the Guru for the protection of humanity and righteousness is unmatched in the history of the world,” she said.
Dr. Kaur added that Punjab’s sacred land has been sanctified by the presence of great Gurus, saints, and prophets, and their teachings continue to guide humanity toward truth and compassion. She emphasised that such programmes not only honour the Guru’s legacy but also connect the youth with their glorious heritage and spiritual roots.
The event also saw the presence of SDM Ferozepur Gurdev Singh Dhamm, Assistant Commissioner Simranjeet Singh, and a large number of local residents who participated with great reverence and enthusiasm.
