AAP dominates Tarn Taran Bypoll, lead rises to 11,117 votes after Round 14

Tarn Taran (Punjab), November 14, 2025 — The counting of votes for the Tarn Taran Assembly by-election continued on Friday, with the 14th round now completed. As per the latest update, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has further strengthened its march toward victory.
AAP candidate Harmeet Singh Sandhu has widened his lead over the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) candidate by 11,117 votes, putting the party in a commanding position.

- AAP (Aam Aadmi Party): 37,582 votes
- SAD (Shiromani Akali Dal): 26,465 votes
- Waris Punjab De: 17,052 votes
- Congress: 12,809 votes
- BJP: 5,316 votes
