  Chandigarh, December 17, 2025: Aam Admi Party (AAP) is leading in initial counting of ballot papers in Zila Parishad and Block Samiti elections today.
  
  According to available reports, out of 18 results of Zila Parishads AAP has won all 18 seat. Similarly in Block Samiti seats out of total 481 results declared so far, AAP has bagged 365, Congress 48, Akali Dal 51, BJP 1 and Independent candidates on 34 seats have won.
